Sent product without my permission taken money out my checking for a product before the product reached me Internet

I called to do a cancellation before the 30 days were up for my trial. I felt that the product was doing nothing for me.in the process I found out that had taken $40 out of my bank account. Sadly enough this money was taken before I even received a product. Sadly enough I didn't even order the product. I fully understand how their scam works. They tell the customer over the phone that they have 30 days to try product and if not satisfied they can cancel before the 30 days and will not be billed.

Now that is fair and how it is suppose work. What I found is that was not the case with New Vitality. What I found was that they take money out of a persons account before the 30 days before the customer has a chance to cancel and send
another shipment without the customers permission by assuming that they will not cancel I guess.
