Credit Card Theft

January 5 I visited website www.benderball.com. I purchased the ball on-line. I did receive the product as advertised and my credit card was charge. Sometime in February another package arrived from them. On February 29 my card was debited $26.98 without my authorization. I called the customer service 800 number and was instructed to return the unwanted package it would take 10 days to see the credit returned to my card.

On April 19 my credit card was debited $19.99, again without my authorization. Only this time there was no package received. I called the customer service again. I informed them that they had never been granted permission to continue hitting my credit card. I did not wish to enter any monthly program and to remove me from whatever membership they had enrolled me into. I instructed them to refund the $26.98 and the $19.99 back to my account that day.

On May 12 my account was debited $26.98 again to BenderBall. I called them immediately to stop sending me items, to stop charging me for things I was not ordering.in late May I received a box from their company and returned unopened/refused to them on June 2 with the message Full refund expected upon receipt of delivery. I called the customer service line only to be treated badly. They interrupted me everytime I started to speak. Then their representative hung up on me. I called back and explained that they were never authorized to continue charging my credit card and that it had better stop. Well quess what?

To this date I have yet to receive a credit to my account, nor can I get anywhere with these people. I just called them again requesting my refund of $73.95. The representative indicated that they had not received either package returned and that I must have one yet to send back. After I demanded that he refund my account TODAY of $73.95. He hung up on me, after I was placed on hold waiting for over twenty minutes.

My demand should be easy enough as they have no problem with debit or stealing my money to begin with. I want my money! I want to warn others to stay away from this website and ignore the commercials. I decided to get up off the couch, and do some crunches while watching my daily programming. I recommend this works better than some silly ball & perhaps prevents credit card fraudulant charges.
