Optima healtcare products fax scammers - placing fake orders!

Originally received a fax purchase order from this company on Feb 7. We delivered to them on Feb 12- 300 boxs of Latex Disp. Gloves and 2 Sanitaire Hepa Vacuums, and 40 packages of bags for a total of $3044.20.
We then proceed with a statement which was returned to us - and the phone calls that told us the phone was disconnected and no forwarding number. We have a credit application from them and had it check out and it came back with excellent credit - So What Happened!
They also are registered with the state of California according to the application since 2001 with a California Resale # SRAA 97-477503 if you see this number please report - Registered Agent Juan Miguel Garcia!!!
