Horrible company, irresponsible, won't give refund

My horrible experience with this company started back in May when I first placed an order online. After several weeks of waiting, I emailed asking about the order and they responded that "items were out of stock". Later in August they replied saying "order is ready to ship" and if I wanted to cancel the order, I should email them stating just that, and I did.

By that time I ordered the same items with another company, had no problems, and even got better price. But, they shipped items anyway.inmediately, went to post office to ship items back the same day. A few days later received an email confirming that returned items were received and refund will be processed with in the next 7 to 10 days. HA! What a joke!

Since then I have emailed customer service many times with no response. When called the toll free number and pressed option 2 for returns and exchanges, an answering machine greets you and asks for message, which are never returned. The only way to get a human being is to hit the option to place orders, and of course they are always willing to help you with that. I asked them several times about the refund but they always gave me the run around, lied saying they will send refund check and made all sorts of excuses.

Contacted BBB, which has many compaints against this company, and added mine. A few weeks later BBB sent me an email, basically saying that they could not do anything since they didn't get response from merchant.

My advise to all of you is to stay away and avoid this horrible company, Healthy Legs.
