Healthy Legs
Ordered items not delivered, did not respond to emails or phone messages. Paid through paypal $177.95 but no refund. Ripoff internet

I ordered items from Healthy Legs back on October 7. I paid $177.95USD through Paypal on October 8. Healthy Legs sent a confirmation email on October 8 that shipping date would be approximately on October 16.

On October 26 have not received items yet. Attempted to inquire using Healthy Legs own order tracking system. Ship date had been updated to state "expected ship date 10/26". I attempted to call customer service, unable to speak to "live" representative. Left voicemail about ship inquiry.

It is December 10, and I have left numerous emails and phone messages to no avail. I even filed a claim with Paypal, but they were unable to get a refund because the seller (Healthy legs) did not have any funds in their buyer protection plan account? I hope this isn't just the start of a number of complaints.
