I agreed to purchase a trial size teeth whitening product for $1.09 plus 3.87 shipping and handling only to notice a charge of 85.53. Not realizing why I ignored the first charge. On dec 21st there was another charge of 85.53 and still no product. IMMEDIATLY called and ask what the charges were for and to cancel as I did not authorize these charges. I was told that they could not refund my money as the parcel had already been shipped. I asked for a confirmation email that the account had been cancelled on dec 21st only to discover on December 28th ANOTHER charge of 85.53 came out of my account. Still no product. On January 11th I received my product, mailed of course on dec 21st, and it clearly states the product is only worth, 19.99. I phoned and they would not tell me why I was charged 85$ for a 20$ product and said I would have to return the product, at my expense and the would only refund me 40$. I then question the charge on dec 28th and she would not refund my money. So all in all I have paid 256.59 for a 20$ product. This company needs to be STOPPED before they make millions on a twenty dollar product.
