I took a survey online which approved me for a free gift to which i would only have to pay shipping and handling. When i routinely checked my bank account and say a debit for 74.00 dollars i was stunned. When i called Ivory White they informed me that my so called trial period had ended the day before and that even if i hadnt opened or even used the product that there was no returns or refunds! What! This is America since when cant u return a product that u havent opened yet alone used and not be able to return it and get a refund. I called Ivory White customer service and they were very rude even the supervisor. This is a rip off company and i wouldnt advise anyone to use there product. There customer service is a joke. Obviously the product doesnt work and thats why they wont let u return it or be refunded. I could only hope someone reads this that is able to do something about this company. I work too hard for my earnings to be ripped off like that! Isnt it bad enough we're in a recession! No one has money to be just thrown away like that and ripped off!!
