I ordered in website" WEBSTAURANT.com" 18qt rice warmer on july 17.
On 24, i got 6 qt rice warmer. Therefore i complain to company to send me correct item.
On 25, i sent back 6qt rice warmer. Then i tried to contact company customer service. They didn't want to send me correct item because they don't have it.
They laid to customers.
Also they don't want to return full of money that including re-shipping fee.
They just said gave me a credit 30% less of product price.
That mean i lost $105 total.
My point is, they don't have product in website.
They don't have 18 qt or 23 qt rice warmer at all.
So they cannot send customer to right one.
Also they will charge 30% of re-stocking fee.
They got product and 30% of re-stocking fee.
They are FRAUD!!!
