I am disgusted with Dunkin

I am disgusted with Dunkin Doughnuts, you go in and ask for a bagel with cream cheese... And you get home and to no advail you find your bagel is naked:? (How wrong is that? And the lady that checked me out said, "U saved two dollars and fourty centy cents, ok wooppy... But, no cream cheese... And oh yes, I got an iced coffee and it sucked. Too! God, can this day start out any more wrong??? Really disgusted. My Advice stay away from DD.
