No refund given as promised during 1st call, then all of a sudden BAM! Another transactions appears on checking acct

After receiving my 1st bottle of the Green Tea pill, I called the number listed on the package and asked for a refund. I was told it would take at least 7 weeks. I waited patiently for the time to elapse, but before I could, another bottle of pills arrived. I simply returned the bottle.

As of today, I have not received the pills, what I did receive was another $87.31 taken from my checking account without my authorization. It has been at least 5-6 months since my first call.

How do they get away with this. The lesson I've learned is to never, ever purchase from those fly-by-night companies that advertize on the web. I thought I was dealing with a legit company.

I'd like to file a complaint with the BBB if anyone can tell me how to do this.
