I ordered the orthotics and was sent a bottle of joint support in Aug. I had called even before AUg.in July when i received the orthotics and told them not to send the joint support pills. They said i didn't need a confirmation no. I received the joint support in Aug. And they said I was canceled and i said nothing about returning the pills. They said i could just keep them. I then received a bottle of said pills today and called again. They said they had not received any calls from me. They said i could return the bottle for a credit, less postage, but would not refund the money for the bottle in Aug. They said it was not their policy. They would not let me speak to anyone other than Sumit, floor manager, and he just kept repeating that i could not get credit for the aug. Bottle even if I sent it back.
