I got ripped off with a 60 day trial

I was scammed, made appeared like an imbecile. My story is simple in June 9 my friend, girlfriend, and me walked into the bally total gym with a one week trial ticket. There was a gentleman there he was the manager at the time his name Mike he told us three for 5 dollars we can work out at the gym for 60 days. Tempting offer for any group of young teens; at that time he used my information even though I wasnt 18 till my mom could come in to switch the account over to her.

He gave us the contracts making everything sound perfect, but really were just listening to a snake trapping us into a 36 month contract later we found out. Before we even had a chance to read the documents they were snatched out of my moms hands; there are 2 witnesses to this event. My friends and I went on using the gym for the 60 days no problems, the gym even gave use a personal trainer to try for one day. These were just smokes and mirrors to hide their real intentions.

What my friends and I did was count 60 days from June 9 which would be August 8; so on August 8 we stopped going. Thinking that the contract would end, but was failed to be explained to use was that the contract that my mother signed was for 36 month and we have to pay 3600 dollars. I have tried to explain to the people at bally but its the same redundant thing the only way I am allowed to cancel the contract is due to me moving 25 miles away from a gym or have medical problems.

I have talked to the managers here in Boca Oscar and the person who is cleaning up Mikes mess who is Ralph Gomez. I am a full time student and have two jobs I cannot go to this gym, but I can still be charged for a service that I am not using. Starting on July 9 my mother was billed for $92.52 I went to the gym in September to see why they were doing this they said that the account was never canceled; and we should write to the corporate office and tell them our story on a letter with my membership card.

Well a month passed and we got billed again $92.52 but before that we were sent a letter stating how we should cancel the account; and all the terms. I went back to the gym here in Boca Raton to talk to the managers they gave me phone numbers never put a person in front of me to talk to. I was just tossed around like a rag doll where no one assisted my problem the people on the phone treated me like an Ideate.

My doctor wrote me a medical note stating to cancel the contract due to medical condition I am writing this as a back up just in case that wont work. I need some advice on what to do.
