No Customer Service Didn't deliver and didn't respond to repeated attempts to contact customer service

First I want to say I had the same experiece as the first post although I'm not waiting weeks. They say on the website they will ship out in 48 hours and then 5-7 days for shipping via USPS. No option to get it sooner. As far as the person who wrote the rebuttal. I DID go to my eye doctor and he wrote a perscription for my contacts. He's an opthamologist not an optomostrist so I spent more going to him than just a run of the mill eye exam at a optomotrist. Opthamologists are Medical Doctors, optomotrists are not. So, after my thorough eye exam I proceded to shop for the best prices on contacts. I found a website that rates contact lens companies and lens.com was one of the highest rated. Believe me, they are not what the claims are. I cancelled my order but the website shows my order is still "processing".

My lenses are Accuvue 2 which are very common and popular. All the local optical dispenseries have them in stock but were a higher price so I took a chance and tried lens.com. Bad Move. They even tacked on 15 dollars for handling charge on top of shipping. The charge was not stated when ordering or not clearly given while pricing lenses. I highly recommend anyone looking for lenses online to stay clear of this company. I've tried to contact customer service 3 times over the last several days to find out why my order hasn't been shipped when it was supposed to be shipped (in 48 hours). They NEVER responded. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Non-existent customer service and they don't ship when they say they will. I rate this company an F minus. I should have read the report on usacomplaints.com before I placed the order. I sure hope mangement at lens.com sees this and fires their customer service people.
