I have had the ultimate misfortune of dealing with this outfit because of our insurance plan. If you have them on your insurance RUN! Do not walk, RUN away from these clowns.

It all began with my daughter having to have braces. While the prices may have been fair they have been far less than fair. Our care is being strung along for as long as possible in order to squeeze as much money from us as possible. They take other patients ahead of us even though we signed in ahead of the others simply because they are Mormons. The Dr. Is a Canadian and holds no regard for customer service nor patient privacy. The entire outfit is wide open. Records are kept hap hazard and charge for the records when you require them. Other patients and kids run all over the place with no regard for the other patients. As such the quality of care is sub standard. The entire care process is checked by one Dr and the other care is up to what I would call untrained staff that has caused my daughter great pain in the past.

When you ask for a manager or supervisor guess what kids? They are always in a meeting. There is no patient care, privacy, or regard for others with this outfit.

Oh and if your payment is late due to any reason you don't get treated even if you are in pain or the things aren't working or have broken. So it all breaks down to money. Plain and simple.

DO NOT GO THERE under any circumstances. Your very life and physical well being may be in danger if you do. I almost guarantee that HIPAA isn't being followed.
