Pain

For i long as i can remember, my family has been patients to western dental. I remember that my mom use to visit this office, and she was always complaining about pain after visiting the dentist. As i grew up, i remained a patient of western dental only for the reason the my life is to busy to even try to change to another office. Any ways, since my 1st daughter been born, i have had 4 root canal and several cavatys filled. After every visit, ive had a serious amount of pain. The dr. Would always send me home without any kind of medication, & with out telling me how to care for my mouth while it was still healing..
The dr, has put silver caps over my root canaled teeth, & so far those caps have falling off about 4 times. Each time for some reason i was in pain i had puss coming out 4rm under my gums..

The begining of this year (09), i decided to get braces, so i started visiting the office on western & venice. So far my treatment has been ok. It better stay that way for the 4,800 dollars thats coming out of my pocket..

Both offices lack costumer service, the staff dont do their jobs right, their rude. And they always schedule you for a time, & dont see you for about 3 hrs after your appointment..
