We found on my 92 yr. Old Dad's Bank statement this second unauthorized withdrawl.

It matches the same questionable story from a year ago before we took over Dad's finances because of such crap.
He got suckered into the sweepstakes garbage... What a nightmare!

This one was supposed to reduce prescription meds. Dentists and other medical costs.
They promised to send info that never came.
