American Mobile Medical Surgical Group, AMMSG, David E. Napier, Bounced Payroll Checks and Empty Promises

This company is a complete fraud. It is ruled by a convicted felon who preys on women and people who have no way out of a job. The ringleader of this company is David E Napier, approx. 64 years old. Black male about 5'6' in height with a lazy eye.in his past he was convicted of theft by deception and served time in a federal prison. He was deemed by the judge as " a threat to society ", yet he still preys on innocent victims today.

When I started working for him I was reporting to a radiology manager. A week into my employment, the manager was fired and I was reporting directly to Mr. Napier. All agreements that I had made with the manager were thrown out the window and I was lucky to get back what I could. Due to financial constraints, I had no choice but to remain. I was promised many things and even told I would be a millionaire in 5 years if I stuck with him.

Over the next 2 months, things were fine, pay was always on time and our relationship was professional. Then he gave more power to his son David A Napier, and that is when things started to go down hill. I was docked pay for no reason, My payroll was adjusted without my knowledge, and he was just a nasty underqualified person to be a VP of administration.

Soon after that they bounced a check. I should have left right away, but I stayed. They reissued and it bounced again. They came up with excuse after excuse as to why it bounced and even went as far as to say that it was my fault that I didn't have money in the bank. A week later, the next one bounced. I was promised renumeration many times and was reassured by the director of operations that it was a red tape issue and it would be resolved shortly.

I continued to work for 4 more weeks, now not even receiving a check to deposit. This is when I decided to quit. I went to the police station with 2 other employees and files a complaint for the bounced checks thinking it would shake him up and make him pay us. I filed the complaint at 7:00PM, the police went to his house at 9:15PM, he denied everything and said I was angry because he had fired me by email earlier that day. I was fired by email at 9:34PM.

Over the next 2 weeks promises were made to me and threatening emails were mad to the other 2 employees and they were eventually fired as well. We got another ex-employee to file a claim with the police and they finally arrested him and charged him with the bounced checks. We also filed a claim to the New Jersey Hour and Wage division.

I am writing this not so much to complain, but more to warn you of what this man is capable of. As I stated above, he is a convicted felon and a con artist. How he is able to run a company after being convicted of a federal crime is beyond me. So watch out and be aware that this man is a liar, a cheat, and a thief.
