Sent unathorized shipment and fraudently obtained $149.95 from my checking account

A few weeks ago I ordered a free trial of Phenterthin for which I was charged $1.97 for shipping and handling. There was no offer or reauest for future shipments. Today I received 4 bottles of Phenterthin in the mail so I used my banks automated system to see if I had been charged for this unauthorized shipment and I have found that $149.95 was electronically withdrawn from my checking account using my debit card number that I used to pay the $1.97.

I am on Social Security Disability and because of this fraudulent transaction I have $10 left in my account to last for 2 weeks to buy my groceries and medications that I need to refill.

There was no packing slip or return address with the product. I called the toll free customer service number printed on the bottle. I got a recording advising that any customer service issues must be handled by going to phentermine.com, clicking on customer support and obtaining a ticket number for assistance. The customer support link nexgenlabsusa.com/support) does not exist. The only contact information given is the bogus toll free number.

I did leave a voice message at the toll free number when prompted to do so to place an order. Supposedly these calls are retuned between 9am and 5pm CST. I explained in my message that I did not order this shipment and I will be mailing it back to them tomorrow and that I fully intend to get my money transferred back into my account immediately.

Unfortunately the bank was closed already but I will call in the morning and tell the person in charge what has happened so that I can recover the money.
I will never use my checking information online again!
