David E. Napier, David A. Napier Fraudulent Company, Felon, Con-Artist, Predator, Thief, Deception, Beware Bordentown, Wisconsin

I just read the report on this company American Mobile Medical Surgical Group, Inc. (AMMSG) and wanted to add my story as I too have been victimized by this company and it's owner Mr. David E. Napier and his son David A. Napier.

They bounced both my payroll and expense checks and then did not meet any payroll periods for 8 more weeks. Upon taking action in order to collect what I rightfully earned as the company's employee, I was immediately terminated with no explanation.By NJ-Department of Labor laws the company is to have all monies due the employee within 10 days if termination. It has been 5 weeks to the date and I have not collected a penny.

Upon researching this company and individual, it was disclosed he had served time in both federal and state penitentaries for bank fraud, theft by deception, using fake social security numbers, falsifying credit applications, non-payment for services rendered and other criminal charges.

He has been recently arrested for repeating his actions using AMMSG as his front to collecting monies. He is currently engaged in contracts with the Department of Corrections both in NJ and DE and continues to operate his business while out on bail-bond.

Do not become a victim of this company's delusional scheme of the 5-year millionaire business plan. These men will simply use you for your expertise to make them money to bring them wealth and stiff you along the way.

They are short, heavy-statured black males. The senior Napier has a lazy eye and are generally bloodshot. They surround themselves with other black males that are here from South Africa thru the senior Napier's business connections to this country.

To date, in the 2 years of operation, this company has not paid the 3 radiology groups contracted to read all modalities, the physicists, technologists, vendors and employees. They have bounced payments, stopped payment on checks provided for payments, and simply not paid at all (theft for services rendered).

I hope this additional story lends a heeding to those engaging in any business contracts or agreements with these individuals and company.
