Blatantly substitutes for lower value products and quantities while overcharging credit card and circumventing all customer contact! Ripoff

I ordered 3-100 capsule bottles (only size offered on web site) of Kava from Global Supplements. They sent me 3-60 capsule bottles with no explanation and no refund for the 120 capsule shortfall. They then charged my credit card an additional $4.00 above the invoice and add price of the original order.

Numerous attempts to contact Global-Supplements by Phone were unsuccessful and e-mail addresses provided in shipment notifcation e-mails only bounced as permanent fatal errors — .

As other usacomplaints.com have indicated, this company has achieved a mastery of outright fraud, overcharging and ripoff. They not only demonstrate a premeditated distain toward customer's inquires but hiding-out and engaging in dishonest sales appears to be the highest company priorty!
