Double charged and sent twice what I ordered and they cannot be reached at all

I ordered one bottle of supplements. When they sent me a tracking number via email, the actual number was missing.

I was sent 2 bottles of something (not supplements) and was double charged. I used my credit charge and am disputing the charge.
