Wouldn't honour their guarantee

I have ordered several different types of supplements from Global Supplements. The first time I e-mailed them was to ask about a certain supplement. When they wrote back, they were incredible rude. I've never been talked to that way before.

The reason that I ordered from them is because they had the cheapest prices, they delivered quickly and they offered a 100% guarantee.

Two of their products did not perform as they guaranteed on their website so I returned them and asked for my money back. Mind you I did not return the others that I felt had worked.

After two months of receiving no response, I wrote to them to ask them where my refund was. This is their response:

"You had the nerve to send us back 3 empty bottles, im sorry business doesnt work like that. We purposely saved your e-mails your open empty bottles and your retruned package.in the 5 years we have been in business we have never ever experienced such a nervy customer to try such a scam that you have intended on doing.

Please take your business elsewere."

This was amazing to me. How would I know if the product worked if I didn't use the full amount? I certainly don't think taking a few supplements is going to have an immediate result. I am not in the habit of returning products. It's a waste of time. I would rather that they worked in the first place.

The end of the story is that they did not honour their guarantee and give me my refund. They were rude and aggressive.in my experience, they are not a good company to order products from. I received poor quality products and incredibly bad service.
