I have paid a proforma invoice for $300 via Western Union for someone called Josepg Berger to collect in Washington USA. The money was collected and then the prodcuts never arrived, I complained to no avail. Only to get an e-mail a week later, saying Joseph had passed away and they would send a replacement order from Cameroon.
I today got a request for an additional $1000 dollars for insurance of the delivery from Cameroon by Western Union which I would even contemplate.
