Took my money with nothing in return and also has my bank account numbe

This company Value Net advertises that they will provide you with names of on-line pharmacies that you can order medications from for a fee of $36.49.

They only except a check payment so now they have my account number. The e-mail was to arrive in 5-7 business days but it has been almost a month and nothing has come to my in-box. I tried to contact them via the reciept/confirmation and no results.

I should know better and now I have to change all of my bank account information and order new checks which is going to cost me more.
