Interbill ripoff unauthorized billing fraudulent scam dishonest run around holding my money until they feel like refunding it wont talk to me

I noticed a debit on my account for $139 from a company I have never heard of called Pharmacy Cards. I got the web address and phone number from my bank.

I called the company and it was a number for the customer service line that gave me absolutely no information except for the fact that I would be refunded in 15 days. I called and wrote and they refused to tell me where they got my account number from. She couldn't even fax me the alleged letter they mailed me even though it was sitting right there.

I waited and it has been 16 business days and I called today and now she says that Pharmacy Cards has not even given them a date to issue the credit even though they stole my money almost a month ago, and I had called several times and they said a credit had been issued.
The company Interbill or whoever that is the customer service line will not give any information at all pertaing to pharmacy cards. She said that they promise I will get my money someday, but they refuse to tell me when or let me talk to a manager.

When I inquired as to why I had been told that I had been issued a credit the girl told me that they guy who told me that got fired.

Currently I have disputed the amount with my bank and stopped all debits on my account from this company. I am going to change my account number as soon as I get my money back.

I hope that enough people get involved in this to stop this, it is just awful. I am lucky that I check my account everyday or would have overdrawn for sure.
They used to have a web site, but I checked today and it seems to be gone now.
