Fraudulent charge to account

I just requested and decided to purchase the test $4.95 I had been billed without my understanding $149.95 to my bill... Used to do not approve this and need a reimbursement put-back into my bill... Our lender understands this. I'd like my cash back... I've not really obtained the merchandise they say i requested.
