Unauthorized credit card use ripoff

I was searching for cheap prices for a certain medication on-line. I found that at frontierpharmacies.com. I started the order process. Gave them all my personal information. At the very end, they requested doctor information and/or a valid prescription. I had neither. I stopped the process. The order was never submitted. I closed the window.

6 months later after paying off my credit card, and receiving a statement with a balance due, I researched my account. Not only did I discover that Frontier Pharmacies had charged my Visa account a processing fee for an order that was never processed, but have continued to charge my Visa account every month since.

I tried to contact customer service repeatedly. All i got was "all circuits are busy." I called the pharmacy directly and spoke with a pharmacist named Nicole. She was surprised at what had happened to me and agreed that no order was ever processed and that I never provided doctor information so it was declined. She told me all she could do was forward it to the Customer Service manager, "Ally." She repeated my phone number to me so that I would know she had contact information. I waited two days. I emailed customer service. I called and actually got through and of course, Ally was not in. I gave limited information to another CS rep and asked that I be called back immediately.

No contact has been made. I was forced to close my Visa account. My bank will help me with the disputed items but they only go back 30 days. That leaves me with 5 months of charges that Frontier Pharmacy stole my money.
