Linda in Billing told me to go F

I called and asked a question because I hadn't been there in one year and I was send a bill for a date I wasn't even in town. When I spoke with Elizabeth she didn't seem to know what was going on so I asked for a supervisor. Linda came one and would not stop talking long enough for me to ask a question. When she told me I was not very smart because I could not follow all the medical lingo she was talking about. I told her I may not be that smart but I know where I've been and where I haven't and I had not been there in over a year. She told me to go F myself and hung up on me! I was shocked.

Needless to say I didn't pay the bill and now they have turned it over to a collection agency! Never, never, never give them any of your information! You will be billed for years to come!
