Screws up BIlling and Billing Manager, Linda, is a Bully! Ripoff

I called to get some answers to a billing question that I thought was wrong. The lady that answered the phone was Linda. She was very rude and unwilling to answer any questions but instead just talked at me, not to me. I let her say everything thinking she would finish and finally let me ask my question. When she was done I said, "Ok, but the question I have is..." and she cut me off and said, "Well, if you still don't understand what is going on I can't help you any further. Maybe you should try to read a book or something, " and hung up on me!

I called right back and I said that that was unnecessary and demanded to talk to her manager. She said she was the manager and I asked her who her supervisor was and she says there was none!

What a rude, unprofessional, mean person! And there is nothing you can do about it!

Don't go to the Medical Center for Women because if you are billed incorrectly you will get yelled at by Billing Manager, Linda.
