Ripoff steal money not disenroll me when asked by hand written lette

This company steals from the elderly and disabled, they deny legitimate claims, will not disenroll when told to give replies like we have 4 months to disenroll you and send your refund back to medicare where it can take medicare 4-6 months to refund your money. Other websites list them as nasty to do business with like (ROR redacted link) how can our gov't allow them to opperate is beyond me.
