I placed an online order which was denied by "my doctor" (maybe) and was charged the non-refundable $19.95 service fee.

The following month I noticed a charge from LSM5 in the amount of $20.95 but really didn't think much about it because we order things from TV shopping networks. The charge appeared again the next month.

After determining the charge was not for merchandise ordered I call the phone number associated with LSM5. That's when I realized it was a scam with Frontier Pharmacies.

I have since contacted my credit card company and have formally disputed these charges.
