Never sent order, kept my money, poor communication

I placed an order with this company on the 15th of Feb. I ordered one item and used my credit card to pay for it. My mother had used them in the past and spent several hundreds of dollars with them.

I bought one thing. I never got confirmation that the item was shipped so I emailed them. I got a responce 3 days later stating that due to bad weather it had put them behind and they would be shipping it out before the end of the week. Well the end of the week has come and gone and still not shipment.

I emailed them yet again last week stating that this was ridiculious and I wanted my order cancelled and my money refunded. I still have not heard from them and it has been 4 days. I checked my account and my money has not been refunded either.

They have poor communication skills and lack of promptness.
