The company keeps telling me my item has shipped, although the tracking number tells a different story— but they won't cancel order (two requests) or refund my money, they just keep telling me it has shipped. It was supposed to have shipped March 5th, priority—paid 9.90 for that—obviously that isn't true. I would like a refund of the order price and the shipping. Order #6067
