Took money and never recieved product Internet mydreamrx.com Ripoff Internet

I placed an order with Mydreamrx.com. They automatically took $97.00 from my checking account but failed to deliver the product. When I go onto the website and click on "check order status", I enter the number that was e-mailed to me after I placed the order, along with my e-mail address. It states " pending Doctor approval". When I call the (866) number given, I enter the same order number and it states " no such order number on file". All the prompts leave you to a recording with no live person. It states on their "faq" page " we DO NOT take funds from accounts till Doctors approval is given! This is not true. I realize $97.00 is not the end of the world, but how much are they taking from other people? I will persue this as far as I can!
