Ladies Health Quest of Irmo and Lexington, SC are having financial troubles and are challenged to pay bills. Things are so bad, they are unable to adhere to their own refund policy. The organization promises prospective members the option of a full refund in three business days, no questions asked.

However, in the event that money changes hands, it has been my experience that Ladies Health Quest will not refund your money.instead, they will send you a form letter, a generic IOU if you will, promising to refund your money when "the situation improves."

This company is hosed and will not improve. They have violated the trust of the only people that could save them, their prospective members. If you do business with these people, the only thing that will get exercised is your bank account. Be warned.
