Ripoff

I purchased a Cybersonicc Toothbrush last year and have had the worst time with it. It's extremely loud and hurts my teeth when I brush. The customer service is absolutely awful. The people are extremely rude and there is not a supervisor to speak to. I've called this company five days in a row and left messages each time for a supervisor to call me back. I still have not received a telephone call. I will never refer this company to family and friends. I always think whoever is considering buyng this toothbrush, please, please, please rethink that!
