Deceptive information, false promises to return refund

Company did not disclosure all information when presenting.

They have made several promises to issue me a refund but to date I still have not received it.

This problem has had an adverse effect on my health as well as my financial situation.

I cannot seem to find any information on the company as to other persons or officers to contact for help with this situation. Can you help?
