I have a company and we obtained a contract that required us to seek funding. Quest was referred to us through a local broker. Quest required 4% down and the loan was for $22m.

We filled out the paperwork and got approved throught their process and we had no contingencies we were cleared to close. There were milestone that we were suppose to get a prefund amount and the full loan 30 days later.

All dates came and went with no funding. Quest still has my deposit money that they took out of a third party escrow agents account.
