Ignores e-mails and calls to cancel membership - keeps charging account ripoff

Like the others on this site and others, I have fallen for the shady practices of InstaTrim. I've called and e-mailed numerous times since the summer and they just ignore my requests to cancel my membership. They asked for proof of my attempts, but the e-mail from their web site won't allow you to print your request and how do you document a phone call? Still after explaining all of that, they charged me again in November and I'm sure they will do it in December too.

Help spread the word - this is a huge scam and we need someone to help us get this woman stopped.

I'm requesting assistance from my credit card company now. Since we have requested that they cancel, can they be held liable for charging us. Registered letters here we go.
