Instatrim.Co - ripoff Contact the Mandan Police I did

I never saw there was a terms box to agree to. It was well below the submit order button. After I saw the first charge on my account for the "membership to the forum", I held Jenni on the phone while I went back to the website and found the box that was conveniently checked for you well below the submit button. They suckered me in. After arguing with Jenni about how shameful of a practice this was, she said she could only cancel the account and no more charges would occur. I also put in a claim after that to the Better Business Bureau. Low and behold, BBB emails me back saying not to expect much from Instatrim as they have had several cases that were not responded to by Instatrim. I also contacted every newspaper in the Mandan area and also the Federal Trade Commission about this experience. Afer the second notice from BBB, Instatrim responded saying the account was closed and no more charges will occur. Five days later, yet another charge was on my account. This time it was surely unauthorized and I had proof. I called and talked with "Era", and she asked if I had received the cancellation email. I explained that Jenni, the manager, never said anything about an email and that I had a confirmation from the BBB. After a little more arguing - boy are these girls snotty - Era told me there was no way to credit back the charge. I told her that I work in credit cards at my bank and told her to quit lying to me. She asked to put me on hold for a moment, she came back on telling me Jenni was out, but gave me Jenni's email saying to email what I had from the BBB. After I emailed it, I called Instatrim and got Sonja - funny, all three girls sound like the same person-, who said to email it to her and she'd "think about it". I did, and as I did that, I also mailed a letter to the MANDAN POLICE DEPARTMENT about what was going on and about the several other reports from BBB and complaint. Amazingly, there was a credit to my account immediately the next day after the Police Department would have gotten the mail...

FYI, I work for a bank and there are certain charges such as purchases made with debit cards that process like a credit card that cannot be sent back by the bank, so the bank has to eat these charges if they do decide to credit the customer back for items such as these. So, if they do credit your account, sincerely thank them and know that they really value your business.
Needless to say, I ate the first charge. Maybe more should contact the MANDAN POLICE DEPARTMENT!!!
