Call for total on extraction of tooth, got there and bumped up price alot Ripoff

Called sears dental to get a tooth extracted. They said total would be 98.00.. I didnt have much money and went to get tooth pulled. After they put me in dental chair they say there will be extra cost of a office visit and xrays. I was in great pain and couldnt afford the extra money. So, i left very mad! If they would have gave me a simple total price over the phone that was correct, i may have been able to borrow some money from someone.in stead they are in business to jack up prices after they quote a price on the phone...
