Hair Health & Beauth owned By Carlton Hair In Irvine CA Consumer Ripoff, would not take back bad product and then banned me from their store

I purchased a product (as I have many times over the last 7 years) at Hair Health and Beauty in Newport Beach. The $80 bottle broke and I asked them to replace the product. I was spending between $3000-$4000 a year in facial and hair care products at their store.

They refused to replace the product or reimburse me my $80.

I called their corporate office in Irvine CA, Carlton Hair, and they would not replace and reimburse me either and banned me from their store.

I wrote their parent company, Regis corporation, in Minneapolis MN and they sent me a check and invited me back to their store.

I then made an appointment to go back for my weekly manicure, as the manicurist I'd been going to for 7 years wanted me to come back.

The store manager left me a message that evening saying they removed me from the manicure schedule and I was never allowed back in their store.

I called Regis again since their letter invited me back and they said they spoke to Carlton Hair and must honor their request as they manage the Newport store and could not do anything and I was not allowed in their store.

All this becuase I asked them to replace a bad product. They also told the manicurist if she took be back as a client that she would have to find another job as I was not welcome there anymore.
