Used wrong product after told not to

I told the stylist that the perm solution i would only use on my hair he insisted i use a different kind i again told him no! Well after he put the solution on my head i seen the bottle and demanded he rinse my hair well he did but he did not finish the closing process so needless to say my hair broke fell out etc. I had just gotten my hair to a healthy status with reg cuts with this salon. I called the corp office they offered me a deer conditioning ya ok of what little hair i had left? All i can say is dont trust these un experienced will hire anyone off the street super cuts owned company!
