In February of this year I placed an order for the free sample of hoodia 66. I paid the shipping but never received the product. A month later I got a charge on my credit card of $99.90. I call the toll free number and was promised someone would get back with me within an hour. No call ever came. A few days later I got the full order. I called to ask how to get a refund and was told I could sent this back unopened and in good condition and they would refund my money. They recieved the pills back on April 3.

I have called and written several time to get an answer as to when I would be able to get a refund. Customer service always says someone will be in touch. No one has ever called me back, nor have I gotten a response to my letters. After reading the complaints from other customers, I feel somthing needs to be done to this company. Anything I can do to help get put them out of business or press charges against thim I will be willing to do!
