Nova Pointe - Sky Vision - White Overnight
Ripoff Sent me a sweepstakes entry offered a free sample for S&H of $3.95, got card number and immediately started charging my account for $106.90

Nova Pointe LLC and Sky Vision LLC rip peole off! They sent me an e-mail to enter a sweepstakes for a back yard makeover. I had to select a couple of items of interest. The first one was Frutise (they are not a rip off) The second one I selected was a free sample of White Overnight, but it req. $3.95 s&h. As soon as they got my card number, they began debiting my account in the amt. Of $106.90.

They keep saying that it states on the website that if you aaccept the free sample, you are agreeing to purchase the product on a monthly basis indefinately. They also say that on the website it says no refunds.

Since I never accessed their website (they solicited me) I did not see any of this information.

The customer service staff must be instructed in rip off tactics because when I called to try to get info., they tell me that by law thay don't have to give me any info.

I am still in the process of working with my bank to recover the funds and end this ridiculous nightmare.

I did receive two pkgs. Which I sent back and was told I would get the money back into my account, but they only credited me back $50.00.

Now, even if I did want to try the White Overnight product, I would not. I'm telling everyone I know and meet about these crooks. There was a ripoff notice on your webstite same co. Different product.
