Ordered products from this company 8 weeks ago and have never recived them. I've called and it took me days to get an actual person on the phone. Thin America claims to have had an unexpected systems problem and I'll be taken care of shortly...

Since then, I've sent countless emails, asking the process of my order, and I never get a reply. I've sent emails to the website owner, also with no luck. Still on the website, the products i've ordered are always highlighted as, "in-stock".

So what's the problem?
