Requested a free trial supply. Tried to cancel after 10 days and no one ever answered the phone except to say leave a message. This went on and on. After several e-mails being returned and different phone numbers given, I was finally able to speak to someone who informed me that a refund was not available since I signed for the 60 day supply.
I always copy things I sign and do not recall signing such an item. The blame was always placed on someone else along with different e-mails and different phone numbers. Also contacted the bank to see if they could help me.
