Rip-off they sent me a one month supply of their pills before I even had a chance to finish the free 7 day supply & took 106.90 out of my acct

I took the 7 day free supply of their diet pills. Before I had finished the 7 days I received a one month supply in the mail.

I did not authorize this shipment. I returned the pills with a note stating to cancel & refund as the shipment was not authorized.

The bank contacted me about the overdraft, don't recall if it was within the 60 limit or not. I filed a fraud report with the bank. The fraud department contacted me & then contacted lean look rx at the same time.

The representative named Ophelia, ID #0504947, stated that the money would not be refunded that according to the terms & conditions the shipment was authorized when I agreed to the free 7 day supply. I restated rather forcefully that I did not authorize the shipment & that had received the shipment prior to the end of the 7 day trial by 2 days.

The rep again stated that according to the "terms & conditions" the month supply would be shipped "within" 7-10 days which meant 7-10 days after the original order request date for the 7 day supply! The rep also indicated she would escalate to her supervisor. The bank rep was on the line during all this & did not say anything. I advised 'Ophelia' I had returned the product. She didn't care.

I have now received, 2 wks later, a note from the bank that the account is not going to be reimbursed. The bank is Wells Fargo. Now what am I to do?
