Ripoff - charged for processing fee but no Rx sent. Tried contact by phone to no avail

On or about April 4 I ordered 30 Tabs Vicodin on line from Frontier Pharmacies. The next day I received an e-mail stating the price, a processing fee and FREE shipping.

The notification also stated: No refunds or Exchanges, an adult signature is required for delivery.

I have tried many times to contact them by phone to no avail. They always have high phone traffic no matter what time of day I call. Now I understand why!

Any assistance you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
