Ripoff

I innocently ordered a $5.95 trial of Hoodia. It was only 9 days later, (I still had not received it) that my bank was charged $99.90... I cannot afford to throw away that amount of money on thieves!!! I want my money back now... What kind of internet is it that lets this happen? With all of the complaints, why aren't these problems solved? Please help.
